Cailin is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with experience delivering, supporting and managing community based health services. Cailin is motivated by an environment where science, excellence, passion and compassion are valued. Cailin is a parent of two teens, a partner, and cat-lover.

Tracey has 19 years of experience in Child and Youth Mental Health at various levels and coordinating trainings and events of all sizes. She is joining ECHO Ontario CYMH with a community mental health perspective and is passionate about engagement, collaboration, and continuous quality improvement. Outside of work, you can find Tracey spending time with her friends and family (specifically her nieces and nephews) or on a softball field. When not playing softball, she keeps active with walking, cycling, weightlifting and snowshoeing.

Marianella is a graduate from the University of Ottawa's Master of Information Studies program and hopes to bring an information management perspective to mental health practices. She previously studied Public Administration and Social Sciences of Health, and brings experience in data management, compliance, and risk analysis. In her personal time, you can find Marianella with her nose in a book, baking sweet treats, or spending time with her friends and family.

Dr. Evangeline Danseco has worked on research and evaluation on children’s mental health for over 30 years. She is also a credentialled evaluator with the Canadian Evaluation Society. She had previously conducted research on implementing culturally responsive programs, organizational practices advancing equity, a program framework for Ontario’s secure treatment, and evaluating Ontario’s postsecondary helpline. Outside of work, she likes to run workshops with older adults on spirituality and aging.

Michael is a child psychiatrist who is passionate about the importance of healthy attachments to people and activities that give purpose, hope, and meaning. He is the co-founder of eMentalHealth.ca, a website that seeks to support primary care providers in their work with patients with mental health needs. He is a mentor with the Collaborative Mental Health Network (CMHN) of the Ontario College of Family Physicians (OCFP). Michael is married to a family physician, with whom they share two wonderful young children. During his spare time, Michael's interests are sleep.

Dr. Moharib is a psychiatrist who works with the Ontario Tele-Mental Health Service, both as the Medical Director for the Eastern Hubsite (CHEO) and as a consulting psychiatrist, providing clinical consultations and capacity-building services to mental health agencies, school boards and other community agencies in rural Ontario. She is also an Assistant Professor at the University of Ottawa Department of Psychiatry and is currently actively pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) at the University of Waterloo. She has a special interest in elementary-aged children and a goal of devoting her career including clinical and academic work to supporting children's mental health, both at the individual level as well as the community level. She loves nature walks and nature photography, reading, writing, spending time in the water, and spending time with her family and her two children.

Dr. Melissa Vloet is a Clinical and Health Psychologist with competencies across child, adolescent, family and adult populations. In addition to her clinical work with youth, she has specialized training in family/parent interventions and currently supervises the family therapy component of the CHEO Psychology Residency program. Melissa is also an Associate Clinical Professor with The University of Ottawa School of Psychology and her research portfolio includes projects in the following areas: health systems/public policy research, psychosocial genetics, insecure housing amongst youth, and program evaluation. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys playing and exploring with her young children, traveling home to Prince Edward Island, and spinning.

Ghyslaine is a Child & Youth Counsellor by discipline and has spent the last 27 years of her career with CHEO. Her career exploits include in-patient mental health, the Eating Disorders Day Treatment Program, Outreach, Mental Health Centralized Intake, Coordination of Mental Health Virtual Care, Tele-Mental Health Service and ECHO Ontario CYMH. Ghyslaine is passionate about assisting families and community mental health providers’ access services and education in their local communities across the province of Ontario. She is an avid traveler, a fun and adventurous spirit and loves a good mystery.

Natasha is a Child and Youth Counselor who has worked in children's mental health for over 24 years, most recently as the Team Lead of the Mental Health intake team at CHEO and providing system navigation with ECHO Ontario CYMH. Natasha has worked in providing care in a variety of program environments, including live-in, crisis, secure and day treatment as well as providing direct support to families and youth within the community. Natasha has always taken a strong interest in training, education and coaching other professionals, connecting children/youth and families to the supportive services/treatment that they need and building a strong community of mental health supports. She is a busy mom of boys, loves crafting and being outdoors in the nice weather.

The Operational Team

You'll get to know the operational team throughout your experience with ECHO Ontario Child and Youth Mental Health. These individuals work behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly, but you may see them during an ECHO Session and communicate with them from time-to-time.
