About Us

Our mission is to integrate interprofessional specialist teams and community healthcare providers.

We know that paediatricians, nurses, family doctors, physician assistants, and other primary care providers see patients of all ages, with many different types of concerns, health needs, and levels of urgency. This wide diversity in care needs makes it difficult for primary care providers to be experts in everything and to be able to support complex cases without the need for referral. 

By providing a virtual and engaging environment to share and discuss best practices, we aim to empower community healthcare providers to safely and effectively care for the mental health needs of children and youth.
